# Context DMS

Context DMS is catalogue order 02. It keeps the original document and the evidence extracted from it in one store, so later products do not invent a second copy.

## Role

Document intelligence and evidence store. DMS is the system of record for documents that enter through [PorterIQ](/porteriq/) and the evidence other products cite.
