# PorterIQ architecture

PorterIQ receives a submission, stores the original documents in [Context DMS](/dms/), and publishes an intake result the rest of the platform can trust.

## Flow

1. Accept the submission and its documents.
2. Classify each document and record gaps.
3. Hand the pack to Context Workbench as a case the underwriter can open.

## Boundary

Pricing, authority, and settlement do not live in this service. Those belong to Workbench, Claims, and RemitIQ.
