Product: Context DMS

A document in DMS has an identity, a source product, and a type. The type is a classification, not a filename guess.

Rules

• Every document names the product that accepted it.
• Retention follows the class of business, not the folder the file arrived in.
• A deleted document is a recorded decision, not a missing blob.
