If the case screen disagrees with the latest decision, treat the screen as stale before you treat the decision as wrong.

Steps

1. Read the latest event on the case stream.
2. Compare it with the projection the screen is showing.
3. Rebuild the projection from the stream if the event is newer.

Do not write a correcting event just to repaint the screen. That adds a decision that never happened.
