The evidence stack is the minimum proof for a reconciled line.

Required evidence

• The bordereau line, with contract and period.
• The cash or settlement record it is allocated to.
• The document in Context DMS that supports the figure, when the figure did not originate inside the platform.

A line can stay unreconciled. That is an honest state. It is not a failure of the screen.
